Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bold Baby. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing & Dispatch Times
- All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
- Please be aware that during busy periods (such as sales, public holidays, or the days following public holidays), dispatch times may be extended. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

While we do our best to have your order delivered within the listed timeframes above, we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date. Couriers may, particularly during peak times, experience delays outside of our control. We're constantly working with them to have orders arrive within the given timeframe.
Tracking & Shipment Notifications
- Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email notification containing tracking information.
- You can easily track the progress of your order by clicking the provided tracking link, which will take you to the courier’s page.
Delivery of Large Items (Curb-Side Service)
- Larger items such as cots and buffets are sometimes shipped on pallets due to their size and weight.
- Our delivery partners provide curb-side service, meaning they will not carry heavy items upstairs or into apartment buildings. Ensure you have the help needed to move larger items.
- To comply with health and safety laws, drivers are not expected to lift items heavier than 20kg.
"Authority to Leave" (ATL) Requests
- If you won’t be available to accept the delivery, you may opt to authorise the driver to leave your package. For items over 20kg, the driver may not honour ATL requests due to weight restrictions.
- Neither Bold Baby nor the courier service will be responsible for lost or stolen items left under ATL.
Pre-Order Lead Times
- Estimated delivery timeframes for pre-order items are provided on the product page. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and can change based on availability.
Product Quality Assurance
- Bold Baby is dedicated to providing high-quality products and reserves the right to make minor design adjustments to uphold those standards.
- Given that we use natural materials, variations in wood grain or color are expected. These variations are not defects but unique qualities that give each piece character and individuality.
Returns & Refunds
- If your item arrives damaged, please email support@bold.baby within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the damage.
- Pre-Order Items: Pre-order items may be returned for store credit prior to shipping. Once the item has been shipped, change of mind returns will be accepted for store credit, less the cost of return shipping, except for non-refundable items.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items such as large furniture (cots, buffets, change tables), mattress protectors (for hygiene reasons), and discounted items are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact support@bold.baby with your order number and details. If returning an item due to damage, photos will be required for verification.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you request us to organise the return, the cost will be deducted from your refund. For self-arranged returns, we recommend using a trackable service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If your refund hasn’t been received within the expected time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still have questions, please contact us at support@bold.baby.
Missed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Any errors may result in delays and additional costs if the parcel is returned to us.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, you may receive a notice from your local post or courier service with instructions for collection.
