Delivery Information

The Bold Baby cot arrives flat-packed in a box. It is a heavy item and 2 people will be required to lift the box.

We ship with TNT, which is a curb side service. Unfortunately, they are not able to carry large items upstairs. Drivers will decide at their own discretion whether to deliver items inside premises upon request. They are not however obligated to do so and must follow the policies and procedures of their own company.

You must arrange for somebody to be home to take receipt of your cot and bring it inside.

We will do our very best to meet these timeframes but sometimes there may be delays beyond our control. We will keep customers updated should there be any delays with pre-ordered items.
Returns & Refunds
- Please inspect your goods and report any damage within 72 hours of receiving them.

Should you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at support@bold.baby and we will assess your request. If your return complies with our policy, we will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the cot. You may be asked to supply purchase documentation for verification purposes. For more information on returns and refunds, please read our Refund Policy.
- We may ask you to provide images or videos to help our team understand what part/s are damaged.

Items may need to be inspected by a member of our team before the return/refund is approved. You will be notified promptly of the outcome of the inspection, and if a refund is granted it will be processed promptly and credited to your original method of payment.

Goods should be returned in their original condition in their original packaging within a reasonable time.

Should there be an unreasonable delay with your refund, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
